Adults:

  • Flat oval body
  • Mahogany

Nymphs:
  • Nearly colorless
  • 1.3mm to 5mm

Habitats:

  • Beds and other furniture
  • Cracks in the floor and walls
  • May hide in suitcases, boxes, and shoes

    • More likely to hitchhike on clothes and people

Threat:

  • Bedbugs bite and cause red, itchy welts
  • They do not transmit diseases
